Your entry form has been successfully submitted. As a reminder, all entries must fill out a release of liability form and turn it in with your entry. Please download, print and attach the Artwork Label securely to your artwork. Artwork must be delivered by the entry deadline for your community’s competition. It is a good idea to bring a copy of your confirmation email with your completed entry form.
