“Helping Hands” by Charles Moore of Topeka

Charles Moore of Topeka, Kan. painted “Helping Hands” as an artistic expression of what PMMA has to offer – that being a helping hand. Charles is a former administrator of a PMMA community and retired from the state’s health agency in 2011 to serve the youth in the Topeka area and engage in his passion for the arts. He is best known for his unique and characteristically one-of-a-kind works of art, large murals and to his business as “Just One Moore.”
