There’s so much happiness in this mixed media piece by Karen Johnson of Arkansas City, Kan.! To create “Happy Spring,” Karen combined strips of quilling paper and a background paper that featured a rainbow pattern. It’s hard to believe this is the first quilled picture she has made!
