This larger-than-life apple was drawn by Dennis Chadwick of Topeka, Kan. and is featured on the February pages of the 2025 Art is Ageless® calendar. He was introduced to colored pencil drawing in a course he took at the Lawrence Arts Center. A smaller image of the apple was one of the models (or references) they worked on in class . He then increased the apple’s size to 150%.
